New fees for Joburg Aikido as of Sept 1 2013

Aikido Classes: Adults

New fee structure from September 1 2013. All existing students paying by debit order are asked to please update their debit orders. Banking details are here. Although the increase may seem large, please bear in mind that fees were last increased in 2009

Fees include all/any classes offered at the dojo.

Beginners wanting to try Aikido, their first class is free (Any classes on that day).

Aikido Guest  (Non-beginner): R100 per session/day. Students who train infrequently or only once a week should consider using this option

Monthly fee (payable by 5th of each month):

  • Cash or EFT payment: R600
  • Debit order payment: R500

Discounts for lump sum payments:

  • Quarterly: R1 425 (= R475/monthly)
  • Half yearly: R2 760 (= R460 /monthly)
  • Annually: R5 400 (= R450/monthly)

New student start-up fee: R150
Annual association membership fee: R250

Functional Flexibility Classes:

Aikido students may attend these classes for free as part of their training. Non-aikido students: first class is free to try it out, thereafter:

No membership fees

Monthly Rate: R500-00 (payable by 5th of each month, cash or debit order)
Drop-in class: R95-00
5-class card: R430-00 (R85 per class) valid for 3 months
10-class card: R730-00 (R73 per class) valid for 6 months
25-class card: R1500-00 (R60 per class) valid for 9 months
